This is an appeal from the trial court's order granting summary judgment for the defendants, Hartford Hospital and Dr. Ronald W. Cooke, on the ground that there was no genuine issue of material fact that the plaintiff's suit was barred by the statute of limitations, General Statutes § 52-584. Because we find that material facts concerning the statute of limitations were not in dispute, we find no error...
