This is an appeal from a judgment of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Virginia. A fraudulent transfer of funds was avoided in a Chapter 7 proceeding and the debtor's discharge was denied. The trustee has been ordered to distribute the funds to the creditors.
