In June 1983, the petitioners herein filed a complaint in Pima County Superior Court against the real parties in interest seeking to recover damages for injuries to petitioner Victoria Crawford arising from a collision which occurred in 1982 between the latter on her bicycle and a truck driven by an employee of real party in interest Tucson Electric Power Company. In 1984, the Arizona legislature adopted the Uniform Contribution Among Tortfeasors...
