This criminal appeal arises from the conviction of Raymond DeBoue of cruelty to a juvenile in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:93. Defendant waived jury trial and was tried by a judge alone and found guilty as charged. Defendant was then charged by a bill of information as a second felony offender and was found to be a second felony offender.
