CRIPPEN, Judge.

A secured creditor filed a claim against an estate based on a note which decedent had signed. The trial court found that the failure of the estate to provide timely notice to the claimant bank of disallowance of the claim operated as an allowance of the claim. More significantly, the court found that the interests of justice required that the estate be held liable to the claimant bank; that the claim was a valid and existing claim...
