CIRILLO, Judge:

On June 9, 1972 the appellant, represented by counsel, entered a negotiated guilty plea for three years probation on charges of burglary, assault on a police officer, and resisting arrest. Judge Mirarchi accepted the plea and advised the appellant of his right to appeal and the grounds upon which such an appeal could be made. On November 20, 1973 appellant appeared before Judge Mirarchi in violation...
