Defendant was convicted by District Justice of the Peace Patricia Robinson of Driving While Operating Privileges Suspended, under the provisions of the Vehicle Code, Act of December 15, 1982, P.L. 1268, No. 289, §4(b), 75 Pa.C.S.A. §1543(b).

A timely appeal to this court followed, and, after a hearing de novo, defendant again was found guilty. From this determination defendant has filed a motion for new trial...
