In this summary process action, the plaintiff claimed possession of certain property owned by him in East Lyme and occupied by the defendants who were the plaintiff's daughter, Dorinda Hawkins, and her husband, Donald Hawkins. The defendants filed a counterclaim1 alleging that the plaintiff holds title to the property as a constructive trustee for them and that he has been unjustly enriched as a result of the defendants' efforts...
