The above-entitled matter came on for trial by the Court on September 7, 1984, before Margaret A. Mahoney, Judge of Bankruptcy Court. Plaintiff Rea brought suit against Defendant/Debtor Hogard objecting to Defendant's discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(3) (1982).
