Defendant, Sandra Bissett, was charged by bill of information with one count each of disturbing the peace, resisting an officer, and simple battery. The instant charges were based on violations of LSA-R.S. 14:103, Subd. A(2), 14:108, and 14:35, respectively. Defendant was tried without a jury.
