On August 11, 1982, appellant Robert Reed Holler entered a plea of guilty to a charge of criminal conspiracy1 and not guilty to a charge of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance.2 On the same date, after trial without a jury, verdict was deferred pending submission of briefs.
