This case involves an unemployment benefit claim filed by Michael R. Overholt who was a truck driver hired by Donald Laupp to operate Laupp's semi-tractor truck while it was leased to Robert Hansen Trucking, Inc. The circuit court affirmed the Labor and Industry Review Commission's determination that Hansen Trucking was the employing unit responsible for Overholt's benefits. We agree and affirm.
