In this adversary proceeding, the plaintiffs, pursuant to Section 362(d) of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 362(d), seek relief from the automatic stay so that they may proceed with a state law action to obtain possession of a mobile home which the Chapter 13 debtors-defendants agreed to purchase from the plaintiffs under a long-term agreement of sale.
