Per Curiam:

In this divorce action initiated by Mrs. Cooksey, Mr. Cooksey appeals from the provisions of the family court's order distributing the martial property and awarding Mrs. Cooksey attorney's fees of $250. We affirm in part and reverse in part and remand.
