Defendants appeal by leave granted, GCR 1963, 806.3(1)(a)(ii), from a circuit court order denying their motion for accelerated judgment under GCR 1963, 116.1(2). The circuit court rejected defendants' argument that state court subject-matter jurisdiction was preempted by the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), 29 USC 151 et seq. We affirm.
