The defendant lessee has appealed the finding of the district court that the plaintiffs were the legal owners of real property pursuant to a general warranty deed executed November 9, 1981, and entitled to possession.

The dispute in this case involves the seven children of George Hildebrandt, Sr., and the facts upon which the trial court relied are not disputed.
