Our threshold inquiry must necessarily relate to the procedural issue raised in the Court of Special Appeals: whether the order of the trial court denying a motion for reconsideration of an order sustaining a demurrer was an appealable final judgment, where the plaintiff alleged its inability to amend the declaration.
