Defendant was convicted by a jury of receiving and concealing state-owned stolen property valued at over $100, MCL 750.535; MSA 28.803. He was sentenced to pay a fine of $1,000 and ordered to pay costs of $1,276.83. Later the trial court entered an order setting aside defendant's conviction and granting his motion to quash.
