This is a partnership dissolution action brought by plaintiffs Dennis Sharp and Lindy Zelinsky against defendants Charles Laubersheimer and Kenneth Salo for alleged wrongful withholding of partnership assets. Plaintiffs and defendants were general partners in Maple Investments, a real estate partnership.
