This is an appeal from the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of the appellee on its breach of contract claim and the award of damages after a subsequent trial to the court. The appellee, Northern Arizona Gas Service (NAGS), claimed that appellant, Petrolane, had charged more for liquified petroleum gas (LPG) than was permitted by a fuel supply agreement existing between the parties.
