PER CURIAM.

Defendants were charged with the sale of alcoholic liquor to a minor, MCL 436.33(1); MSA 18.1004(1) and MCL 436.44; MSA 18.1015. The district court found that defendants had been entrapped and dismissed the charges against them. The circuit court affirmed the decision of the district court, and this Court granted the prosecution's delayed application for leave to appeal.
