This is a dispute over the construction of an office building in Charleston. The owners of the building sued the architect, the general contractor, and two subcontractors seeking damages for alleged negligence in its design and construction. Pursuant to a stipulation of all parties, the matter was submitted to arbitration, resulting in an award to the owners of $122,389 against the architect and $28,999 against the general contractor...
