Appellant, Jefferson Parish Health Unit (Employer), appeals the decision of appellee, the Board of Review, State of Louisiana Office of Employment Security. The Board affirmed the decision of the appeals referee who found that Denise Licausi (claimant) had not been discharged for misconduct connected with her employment pursuant to L.S.A.-R.S. 23:1601(2).
