GORDON, Vice Chief Justice:

On March 1, 1983, the Maricopa County Grand Jury returned an eleven count indictment charging appellant Fred Jose Perez with ten counts of armed robbery and one count of attempted armed robbery. On March 29, the state alleged the dangerous nature of each of the offenses and contended that the crimes charged in the indictment were committed by appellant while he was on parole.
