L. Blaine Clark appeals from a trial court decision upholding his dismissal from employment by the Central Kitsap School District. The only issue presented is whether a trial court, conducting de novo review of a school district's decision finding sufficient cause for discharge of an employee, has the authority to impose a sanction other than discharge.
