This matter is before the Court for consideration of the defendant's Petition for Writ of Certiorari to review an Order of the Court of Appeals dismissing her "Petition for Writ of Certiorari and Motion to Extend Time for Serving and Filing Proposed Record on Appeal" which had been filed with that court. The petition is ALOWED for the sole purpose of entering the following Order.

The Order of the Court of Appeals is REVERSED and the cause is remanded to that court...
