Petitioner, Raymond Tison, was convicted of four counts of first degree murder, two counts of armed robbery, three counts of kidnapping and one count of theft of a motor vehicle. Petitioner was sentenced to death for each first degree murder conviction. On direct appeal, this court affirmed all the judgments of conviction and sentences. See State v.
