Defendant was indicted and convicted of armed robbery and sentenced to an active prison term of twenty years. On appeal, defendant challenges the trial court's denial of his motions to strike and for a mistrial following a question by the prosecutor which identified defendant as the robber before any evidentiary identification of the defendant as the robber had been made. He also challenges the denial of his motion to suppress his in-custody statement...
