PER CURIAM.
Defendant was charged with criminal sexual conduct in the first degree, MCL 750.520b; MSA 28.788(2), for an offense committed on December 28, 1982. A jury trial commenced, but after one day defendant pled guilty, on July 19, 1983. In taking the plea, the court advised defendant of all his rights pursuant to GCR 1963, 785.7. The court also told defendant:
"The Court: Okay. And you can get probation. That's not to say I would give you probation...
