In happier days, before this case was filed in the Circuit Court for Cecil County (Rollins, J.), appellant Joan Gaven Bodnar and appellees Jay Royce Brinsfield, Robert Godfrey, and David F. McAleer were all involved in the operation of the Granary Restaurant and a marina in that county. The restaurant and marina were managed by The Granary, Inc. under a lease from Brinsfield.
