SHIVERS, Judge.

In this workers' compensation case, Escribano appeals an order of the deputy commissioner which dismisses Escribano's claim based on the running of the Statute of Limitations, section 440.19(2), Florida Statutes (1979). Appellant contends that the deputy commissioner erred in finding that the statute had run. We agree, reverse and remand.
