This is a medical malpractice action brought by the plaintiff against Frank Lovallo, a general surgeon, and Sharon Hospital. The plaintiff appeals1 from the judgment, claiming error in the direction of the verdict for the hospital, and in an evidentiary ruling and the jury charge affecting damages.
