In this adversary proceeding, the plaintiff, Greyhound Lines, Inc., has filed a Complaint requesting that the debt owed to it by the Chapter 7 defendant-debtor be determined to be nondischargeable pursuant to Sections 523(a)(2)(A) and 523(a)(4) of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(2)(A) and 523(a)(4). For the reasons hereinafter given, we shall deny the relief requested in the plaintiff's Complaint...
