CLINE v. PIERCE WOOD MEMORIAL HOSP.

No. AS-300.

453 So.2d 120 (1984)

Gertrude CLINE, Appellant, v. G. PIERCE WOOD MEMORIAL HOSPITAL and Division of Risk Management, Appellees.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District.

Rehearing Denied August 2, 1984.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Fred A. Harrison, Jr., South Miami, for appellant.

Kurt Preston Hampp of Jacobs, Robbins, Gaynor, Burton, Hampp, Burns, Bronstein & Shasteen, P.A., St. Petersburg, for appellees.

MILLS, Judge.

Cline appeals from the deputy commissioner's order denying her petition for modification of two previous orders and denying her claim for compensation benefits.

We find competent substantial evidence supporting the deputy's finding of no mistake of fact or change in condition warranting modification. We also find competent substantial evidence supporting the denial of compensation benefits.

The order is affirmed.
