Plaintiff appeals as of right from a judgment entered on November 17, 1982, following a jury verdict of no cause of action in favor of defendant Donald T. Friend and from an order entered November 17, 1982, granting a directed verdict in favor of Donald J. Friend and Patsy Friend. Plaintiff does not challenge the jury's verdict of no cause of action.
