This case arose out of a proposed sale of a grocery business from Wilfred Maise, defendant, to Latif Salem, plaintiff. Subsequent to the signing of an agreement to purchase and sell between these parties, plaintiffs Mr. and Mrs. Husni Farhoud came forward as Salem's undisclosed principals.
