Petitioner, Lawrence Donovan, appeals from the judgment of the circuit court of La Salle County confirming the decision of the Industrial Commission. An arbitrator found that petitioner was exposed to the hazards of an occupational disease and was suffering from an occupational disease arising out of and in the course of his employment which left him permanently disabled.
