This case arises out of a continuing dispute among the partners of Quinn-L Corporation-1974, a Louisiana partnership in commendam. On December 10, 1982, S. Mark Lovell and Quinn-L Corporation, the one time general partners of Quinn-L Corporation-1974, filed this suit for damages allegedly incurred as a result of the mismanagement of the partnership.
