Plaintiff filed this paternity action on March 3, 1981, alleging that defendant was the father of her child born on February 2, 1973. The trial court granted defendant's motion for accelerated judgment pursuant to GCR 1963, 116.1(5), on the ground that plaintiff's cause of action was barred by the six-year statute of limitations applicable to paternity actions.
