On or about October 15, 1978, the appellee's decedent, Arlene G. Urland, died as a result of a motor vehicle accident. The appellee, as executor of the estate, filed an action against the appellant alleging that the decedent's estate was entitled to work loss benefits under the Pennsylvania No-fault Motor Vehicle Insurance Act.1 The appellant filed an Answer and New Matter alleging that the estate was not entitled to work loss...
