The defendant appeals his conviction of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Held:

1. We reject the defendant's contention that the court erred in allowing into evidence, without a showing as to voluntariness, his admission to a police officer that he had "smoked a joint." The facts in this case are quite similar to those considered by this court in Chester v. State,
