Song and St. Anthony Hospital on December 3, 1979, in the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, alleging medical malpractice arising from the laceration of Frances Stratso's left iliac artery during a lumbar laminectomy performed by Dr. Song at St. Anthony Hospital on January 5, 1979, and from the treatment during and following surgery.
