Plaintiff-appellant Lipe brought suit for personal injuries received when Lipe's car collided with one driven by Bryan Coomler. Appellees Stanfield, Mobley, and Bryan's father, Charles Coomler, were later added as defendants. Prior to trial, Charles Coomler's motion for summary judgment was granted.
