The plaintiff, Mart i.l.v.e.s. Goldrich, is seeking monetary damages and injunctive relief against the several defendants because he was, and is, being denied guaranteed student loans by reason of the fact that he defaulted on an earlier student loan. That loan was one of the debts of which Goldrich was discharged in bankruptcy in April 1981. The defendants are the New York State Higher Education Services Corporation...
