Ms. Jacqueline Robinson Briscoe, of Tarrant County, Texas, appeals a 1984 judgment of the Caddo Parish, Louisiana, district court which made executory a 1982 money judgment rendered against her by a San Antonio, Texas, district court. La. CCP Art. 2541. Art. IV, § 1, U.S. Constn. 28 U.S.C.A. § 1738.
