This is an interlocutory appeal by the State from an order of the trial court, entered immediately prior to the scheduled commencement of trial, suppressing the results of a blood alcohol test. The Court of Appeals, in a split decision, affirmed. State v. Wanttaja, 9 Kan.App.2d 441, 680 P.2d 922 (1984).
