The defendant-appellant is a resident of St. Landry Parish, Louisiana. Plaintiff-appellee brought suit in the Parish of Lafayette, Louisiana. In her original petition plaintiff averred that the accident occurred on "Railroad Avenue, Lafayette, Louisiana, near its intersection...
