This is a contempt action arising from respondent Edward Pratt's failure to make payments as agreed upon by Pratt and appellant Mrs. Martin.

Mr. and Mrs. Pratt (now Martin) were divorced on October 31, 1979. At that time they entered into an in-court integrated property settlement agreement which was approved by the Family Court on November 28, 1979. The agreement provided, among other things, that (1) in lieu of alimony...
