On October 8, 1982, appellant entered a plea of guilty to a two-count accusation. As to each count, a twelve-month sentence was imposed, to be suspended upon the payment of a $1,000 fine. On October 19, 1982, appellant filed a motion to withdraw his guilty plea. The record before us contains no ruling by the trial court on this motion.
