Occidental Savings and Loan Association, a corporation, plaintiff sublessee, appeals from the trial court's declaration that the sublessor and defendant-appellee, Bell Federal Credit Union, a corporation, incurred no liability by its inability to grant renewals to Occidental as provided in the sublease.
